Feed the Muscle by Tom Venuto

I found Tom Venuto to be a very intriguing person. I wanted to do some research about him, mostly about if he actually ‘burned the fat’ and if he really was able to show me how to lose weight and get rid of some of my body fat.

There are a lot of fake weight loss experts roaming around out there. But once you meet with them, you realize they are fat and unhealthy and just trying to make some extra cash. Most of them do not possess any knowledge of fitness and do not know how to teach the people looking for their assistance.

After doing some research he showed to be an acclaimed bodybuilder and fat loss coach. While I’m not sure how well educated or trained he is as a personal fitness instructor, pictures of him are strong evidence of his commitment to physical fitness and health.

That impressed me as an example of actually doing and not just talking.

There are a lot of people discussing this and usually there appears to be great results. Surely you have seen the television commercials that show people in before and after images that either prove the exercise, workout, or diet causes weight loss or they prove that the media exaggerates the results.

I’m e’er a bit unbelieving by nature and so once something I’m looking at proves itself after my thorough search, the creator did it, and lots of another grouping followed his/her route and methods to do it then it becomes true to me.

As you know there’s lots of hype and outright lies in the health and weight loss field. Unfortunately, there’s lots of snake oil salesman peddling the latest lotion or pill claiming if you just take this you’ll lose 20 pounds overnight just by sleeping.

Certainly we all know that you can’t just take a pill, sit around and do nothing and then lose 10 in a day with no effort.

You know to be successful with any program is going to require you to alter your habits either your eating habits or your exercise and energy expenditure habits.

Thankfully, this is where burn the fat shines. It’s backed by rocksolid research in science, doesn’t claim to be some sort of overnight miracle cure, and actually has simple and practical concrete steps you can take to be healthier and drop that unwanted weight.

Many health programs sometimes work for some people.

Is there one which works close to all of the time? Or at lease one that’s based on such rock solid fundamentals it will work for most people most of the time?

I don’t think so and that’s why testing feed the muscle out for yourself is the only way to know for sure.
