Pregnancy Timeline Struggles
I am currently 16 weeks along my pregnancy timeline and I am now finally starting to enjoy it. There are lots of reasons why it is hard in the beginning but I think I am finally getting to the fun part. If you are finding it hard currently then try not to be too concerned. I hope that if you hear what it was like for me then that will help.
When my partner and I found out I was pregnant we were over the moon. It was something that we both wanted. For the next couple of weeks I was quite anxious. I didn’t feel that pregnant to start with and I was worried something was wrong.
I can tell you that you won’t have to wait for too long before you start feeling pregnant. I have been told that the first 3 months is the hardest part of the pregnancy timeline and I think I agree. I was tired all the time and just lay on the couch after getting home from work until bedtime. You also have the morning sickness which can happen at any point of the day. I also suffered from back pains and often had headaches.
You won’t feel like this everyday. Sometimes you feel ok but those days seemed worse for me. Was something wrong and that is why I felt fine? These feelings are what we all have.
You then get to your 12-week scan and then you can take a bit of sigh of relief. You see the baby bouncing around on the screen and you can relax a bit. You know that you are defiantly pregnant and you haven’t imagined the whole thing.
It is now, as I said before, my 16th week. I now feel a lot better and have more energy. This is a better part of the pregnancy timeline because I don’t feel as sick either. I now get to do the shopping for the baby. That is definately a fun part of being pregnant.
