Any pregant woman should certainly focus on eating smaller meals on a regular basis instead of having large meals throughout the day. This is something that will keep blood sugar levels high and will help to stave off morning sickness.

The body will be working very hard to create this new life within you and therefore you need to be feeding your body with plenty of good fluid.
