It is also a good idea to always be reminding yourself that you are actually pregnant and that you have this wonderful life growing inside of you. One of the problems for many women during this first stage is that they are not feeling any sort of movement and they are not starting to show either. It is therefore crucial that you remind yourself you are pregnant regularly so that you can stay strong during some of the more difficult days.
