What To Put On Your Baby Shower List
One of the most exciting times is in preparing for a new baby. It can be a daunting experience to think about all of the things that you will need to buy for your newborn. You will have to do a great deal of preparation in advance.
A really good idea is to have a baby shower. Have a friend help you to organize it, or better still ask her to throw it on your behalf. You will have so much on your mind in the latter stages of pregnancy that this will really help you. Showers are a great way to organize what you need to buy, make a registry list and have your friends share your joy and happiness and contribute to your little newcomer’s essential items.
One absolute must is a stroller for your baby. Choose one that is easy to operate and one that works best with your lifestyle. Jogging strollers are great for active moms living in areas that may have trails and hills. City strollers may be more appropriate if you need something smaller to take on public transport and around shopping malls.
A crib is another essential. Baby cribs are easy to adjust and come in many colors, shapes and sizes which will match your nursery. They are also easily converted into a bed for your toddler. Be sure to check the features of the crib that you are interested in.
Car seats are a necessity and you must have one. It is the law. Make sure you have this for when you leave the hospital. Some of them clip into strollers and are more economical.
There are many sweet little dresses and cute shirts for girls and baby clothes are very versatile and fashionable.
They will also look super cute in some of the active gear for babies such as girls sweatshirts in pastel pinks and fuschias. Baby boys too can be dressed fashionably and in adorable little outfits.
Other essentials are a changing pad, diaper bag as you are going to have many toilet accidents on the go with your new baby and a baby carrier is useful for when you are going for long walks with your baby. Toys are probably not going to be in shortage any time soon, but it is always nice to buy your own little toy as a special memory for your new baby.
